Privacy policy

Who this applies to

This policy describes the public website at eddiant.com operated under the Eddiant brand. It covers visitors, beta gate participants, and signed-in customers using the web application.

Information you provide

When you request a seat, complete the gate profile, sign in, send manufacturing files, open a support request, or apply as a partner, you may provide information such as a work email address, company name, product description, quantities, files, and messages. That information is used to operate the service — for example to review builds, respond to support, or manage your account — not for optional analytics events.

What we do not send to analytics

Optional measurement is designed to exclude personal and project content. Analytics events do not intentionally include email addresses, names, company names, free-text notes, uploaded filenames, file contents, authentication tokens, or full Google click identifiers. Events may include page path, coarse campaign parameters already stored with your consent, and boolean flags such as whether a click identifier was present.

Optional measurement technologies

If you accept optional cookies and storage, we may load Google Tag Manager, which can in turn load Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tags configured by Eddiant. These tools help us understand whether marketing and product pages are working. They are disabled until you make a choice in the cookie banner or cookie settings.

Browser storage we use

• Necessary HTTP cookies — for example session and beta-gate cookies set by Eddiant servers so sign-in and the gate can function.
• Consent choice — stored in your browser's local storage under eddiant_consent until you change it or we publish a new policy version that requires a renewed choice.
• First-touch attribution — when optional measurement is allowed, UTM campaign parameters and a Google click identifier may be stored in session storage under eddiant_attr for the browser session. Only pathname and approved parameters are used in events; the raw click id is not sent in custom event payloads.
• Conversion deduplication — short-lived session markers so primary conversion events are not counted multiple times after a successful server response.

Advertising geography vs website visitors

Eddiant may run search advertisements targeted to the United States and United Kingdom. Anyone may visit the public website. Cookie choices apply to your browser session regardless of where you are located. We do not use client-side IP geolocation to decide legal outcomes; when in doubt, we ask for consent before optional measurement.

International processing

If you enable optional measurement, Google may process technical usage data on servers outside your country. Google's own terms and privacy materials apply to that processing.

Retention

• Session storage and session cookies generally end when you close the browser session.
• Your consent choice remains until you update it or we change the policy version.
• Account, gate, and manufacturing data submitted to Eddiant is retained on Eddiant systems while your relationship continues and as needed to operate the service. Specific deletion schedules are handled through account and support processes.

Your choices

You may reject or withdraw optional measurement at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional measurement does not block necessary site functions such as requesting a seat after you submit the form directly to our servers.
